Jon is a principal within True’s Cybersecurity & Defense Tech and Product, Data & Technology Practices, specializing in executive searches for high-growth defense technology and mission-driven companies.
Prior to True, Jon held senior talent acquisition leadership roles at Amazon and ID.me, where he built and led high-performing recruiting teams delivering high-impact technology hires and driving large-scale organizational growth. Before that, he served seven years as a U.S. Navy SEAL.
Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from the University of Charleston. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and their three daughters, and enjoys family time and an active lifestyle that includes golfing, skiing, weight training, and running.
