Before joining True, Mary Kate worked at BlackRock, where she was a member of their executive search team. She also worked as an HR business partner for the institutional client business in both the U.S. and Canada, the retirement team and the global HR function.
Before BlackRock, Mary Kate worked at Korn Ferry in the financial services practice. She focused on senior-level searches across mergers and acquisitions, general corporate finance, restructuring, leveraged finance and debt and equity capital markets. Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked at SG Partners, recruiting mid to junior level talent across banking, private equity and hedge funds.
