As a founding member (employee #3) at TrueBridge, Morgan connects companies and executives for interim and fractional roles. She has played a pivotal role in establishing TrueBridge’s C-suite talent network and facilitating placements across a wide range of industries.
Prior to TrueBridge, Morgan began her talent career at GLG, the world’s largest insight network, where she recruited subject matter experts for ad-hoc consulting needs.
Before GLG, Morgan worked in commercial and consumer lending at Texas Regional Bank, where she helped launch the Central Texas market. She was recruited by transitioning executives from her tenure at Pioneer Bank.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources at Texas State University, where she served as vice president of membership for the student chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
Morgan resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys family activities.
