Missy (Marion) Marron is a managing director in True’s Financial Services Practice based in San Francisco. Bringing more than 33 years of human capital, talent acquisition and executive search experience, Missy specializes in alternative asset managers, private equity and venture capital, and private investment clients (family offices) as well as portfolio company leaders.
Before joining True, Missy led the global talent acquisition for a multi-asset private equity firm through the development of new strategies, teams and an IPO. In the past, Missy has collaborated with clients, organizations and teams across the financial, technology, services and healthcare sectors, as well as within the emerging impact sector, spearheading the development of innovative investment products and new functions. She has delivered talent acquisition programs, organizational design and transformation projects, and conducted executive searches placing key leaders in private equity, a wide range of financial services firms and corporate.
