Driven by a deep passion for innovation in financial services, Jonathan works with fintech companies, founders and investors to drive growth and transformation by building-out world-class board and senior management teams.  Jonathan launched and built the Fintech practice within True, which he leads today.  He is also an active investor in early stage fintech companies.

Prior to joining True Search, Jonathan was at Korn Ferry where he worked in the global financial services market.  Jonathan worked primarily across consumer and commercial banking, and asset and wealth management.  Before joining Korn Ferry, Jonathan worked on the investment team at Park Avenue Securities where he assisted the advisors on evaluating investment decisions for their clients.  He attended James Madison University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance.
