Prior to joining True, Joel was a consultant within the people advisory services practice at EY where he focused on HR transformation, organizational design and change management working with clients in the energy and manufacturing sectors.  Joel also worked as an executive recruiter for both Odgers Berndtson and Spencer Stuart.

Joel holds an honors bachelor's degree in business administration and organizational studies from Nipissing University.
