Danielle Munley is the managing director and head of the Energy Transition & Industrial Practice at True. She possesses nearly two decades of executive recruiting expertise across the energy and industrials sectors, distinguished by her collaboration with leading investors and executives to drive significant organizational impact. She has consistently provided exemplary experiences for candidates and clients, ranging from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Her extensive industry experience includes placing principal investors and executive leaders on boards and in the C-suite across all asset classes. Prior to joining True, Danielle was a partner at Hobbs & Towne, a boutique executive search firm that supported venture capital and private equity funds and their portfolio companies within the energy, industrial and technology sectors. Hobbs & Towne was subsequently acquired by True in 2021.
Danielle earned a business degree with a minor in communications from LeMoyne College, and she holds a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University.
