Danielle has an extensive background in executive recruiting, supporting, and partnering with top investors and organizations across the globe.  She focuses on all things climate technology, sustainability and ESG and partners with high-growth businesses at all stages, from series A startups through publicly traded companies.  She specializes in executive leadership placements across funds and investment platforms as well as operating companies.  She prides herself on collaboration and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

Her experience is broad across sustainability tech and has placed executives at companies backed by premier investors globally, including Black Rock, G2VP, Kleiner Perkins, Permira, Obvious Ventures, Oaktree Capital and Breakthrough Energy.

Danielle earned a degree in business with a minor in communications from LeMoyne College.  She then completed her MBA at St. Joseph’s University.
