Before joining True, Matt worked at ON Partners, where he was responsible for recruiting C-suite and VP-level candidates for high-growth technology companies across multiple functional areas. Prior to that, he worked at CTPartners, and earlier in his career, held a sales and leadership role at KeyBank.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from John Carroll University. He currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, Veronica, their daughter, Bronwyn, and their son, Wells.
