Kelly specializes in investment professional searches across venture and private equity at True, and is based in the New York office.  She joined the firm after three years of working in executive search with Dore Partnership, where she primarily worked with private equity clients.  She began her career at UBS where she was an associate director of global hedge fund sales.

Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Georgia, where she graduated summa cum laude.  In her free time she enjoys traveling to new countries, and trying new restaurants.
