Amy is a Partner in True's global Financial Services practice, working with institutional and publicly listed clients.  She brings nearly twenty years experience in leading CxO, SVP and VP level searches across the COO, CTO, CIO, CISO and CDO domain.

She is currently based in London, but spent seven years in Hong Kong and New York partnering with companies across both regions.

Prior to joining True, Amy worked for a global boutique firm which specialized in providing executive search and talent advisory services to financial services companies.  Having grown to lead the firm's global wholesale financial services CIO / CTO practice, Amy then expanded her remit; partnering with professional services clients (consulting, strategy and advisory) at the partner, managing director and senior functional leadership levels.

Amy has long-standing partnerships with Girls Who Code and Tech She Can.  She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics.
