Charlie partners with CEOs, founders, investors and CFOs of the world’s most exciting digital technology businesses on their executive and board hiring. He also leads searches in True’s Gaming, Entertainment, Media and Sports sector & Finance Practice and plays a core role in the global GEMS team.
Charlie is passionate about improving diversity, utilizing data, sharing market insights and is committed to equipping his network with the knowledge and human capital required to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
Prior to joining True, he built and lead the venture capital portfolio CFO practice at Dartmouth Partners.
Charlie read music and was a choral scholar at Royal Holloway, University of London. In his spare time, he enjoys working as a professional singer, gaming, attending concerts and exploring the countryside near his home in Essex.
