Partnering closely with leadership teams across the business, Hope brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive hiring, with a focus on supporting high-growth organisations across global markets. She works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, high-quality hiring outcomes while helping to strengthen True’s culture and develop scalable talent initiatives.
Prior to joining True, Hope held senior recruitment roles within corporate, fast-moving, complex organisations, where she built a strong foundation in strategic hiring, stakeholder management and cross-border hiring. She is passionate about people, culture, and creating opportunities for individuals who help scale True while maintaining its exceptional culture.
