Jessica Devlin is a partner in the Consumer practice, Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle sector. Specializing in fashion, retail, luxury and their convergence with technology, Jessica joined True after 13 years at KHC - A Karen Harvey Company, where she was global managing director executive search and advisory services. Here she focused on C-suite talent acquisition and high level consulting projects on a global level, partnering with iconic brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Chrome Hearts, Skims, Versace and Movado. She previously served in an operational role as vice president, executive search and special projects, supporting all aspects of the business and promoting cohesion across business units KHC, Fashion Tech Forum and INDX.

Prior to fashion, luxury and lifestyle, the entertainment industry was her training ground. Her first role after graduating from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts was at Creative Artists Agency in the Motion Picture department. She then moved into various roles within the film/tv world, from Paramount, to Scholastic Media, to @radical.media. Working within the Consumer space came as a natural transition for Jessica, as she is motivated by a deep interest in interpersonal relationships and innovative company cultures.

Jessica lives in Manhattan with her husband, three children and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel: Cleopawtra.
