Steve comes to True after more than a decade in go-to-market and operational leadership roles in privately funded and venture-backed businesses.  Previously, Steve worked at a VC-backed martech company.  As chief operating officer, he helped build the business from 20 to nearly 200 people with significant customer and revenue growth.  During his time there, he led the sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success and business operations teams.

Steve currently co-leads True's Software and Enterprise Tech practice, focusing on recruiting C-suite and VP level go-to-market executives for high growth venture and private equity-backed technology companies.
