Matias is a principal at True’s London office and a key member of the firm’s Go-to-Market Practice, where he partners with B2B clients to build high-performing commercial leadership teams. He specializes in searches across the SaaS and fintech sectors, working with venture and private equity-backed companies from Series A through to global scale-ups.
With a sharp focus on sales, marketing and revenue operations, Matias supports founders and investors in hiring the talent they need to accelerate growth and drive market expansion.
Before joining True, Matias was part of Vodafone’s IoT and cloud division, where he worked closely with early-stage tech companies leveraging emerging technologies to build innovative products. He holds a master’s degree in management consulting from the University of Leeds.
