Severine is a partner in True’s Energy Transition & Industrial and Private Equity Practices, based in London. She advises on transactions and builds leadership teams for businesses across technology, energy transition, AI-enabled platforms, digital infrastructure and deeptech across Europe and North America.
She focuses on CEO, chair, non-executive director, advisor and operating partner appointments, bringing an investor lens to each mandate. With more than 20 years of experience, partnering with US and European private equity and venture capital investors, she understands how sponsors assess leadership, build high-performing teams and drive value creation through to exit.
Her work sits at the intersection of software, digital infrastructure, energy transition, industrials and deeptech, spanning growth equity, buyout and infrastructure.
Previously, she led the global sustainability tech private equity practice at Calibre One. She began her career in strategy consulting and venture capital.
Severine holds a master’s degree in economics and a DEA in finance from Sciences Po. A dual French and British citizen, she splits her time between London and Paris.
