Vanessa is a principal in True’s Consumer, CEO and Board Practices, based in New York, where she specializes in placing senior executives across the hospitality, travel, leisure and broader multi-unit/four-wall retail sectors. She has a track record of leading complex C-suite and board searches, partnering closely with clients to identify and secure the transformational leaders they need to grow and evolve.
Prior to joining True, Vanessa served as a consultant in the hospitality, leisure and sports practice at MBS Group, where she led executive searches across the C-suite for prominent organizations across the sector. Before MBS, she built her search career at a global executive search firm specializing in the sports industry, focusing on board and C-suite appointments for sports and entertainment organizations across the UK and internationally. This experience sharpened her ability to identify leaders who can perform at the highest level in high-profile, competitive environments.
Vanessa holds a BSc (Hons) in international management from the University of Manchester.
