Global marketer Haydee Searcy is a partner in True’s Consumer practice.  Whether developing marketing strategies to connect valuable customers with relevant brands, or building and developing teams in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America, Haydee has been contributing to beauty, fashion, and consumer goods for over 20 years.

Before her recent stints as CMO at Framebridge and Urban Skin Rx, Haydee spent much of her career leading marketing teams at Beautyblender, David Yurman and Ralph Lauren, while also consulting for brands like LVMH’s Make Up For Ever.

She spearheaded strategic planning and marketing efforts to launch new brands, built brand positioning and teams from the ground up and launched new products and dozens of stores.  Her background is diverse, with experience across several categories including beauty, apparel and jewelry, in addition to multiple channels of distribution and platforms.

Given the tremendous change taking place in the beauty, CPG, fashion, and retail worlds, Haydee has also worked closely with brands on their strategic positioning and go-to-market approach to deepen awareness, generate excitement, and develop relevant programming and content.  In addition, she has assisted private equity and consulting firms with category overviews, trends, insights, and organizational structure recommendations for recent or future acquisitions.

She holds a B.A. from Spelman College and is based out of the New York office, but lives in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter.
