Agata joins True with extensive experience both as an executive search professional and as a marketing and strategy executive for publicly traded and privately held organizations.  Most recently, Agata was a vice president at Destination Maternity (Nasdaq: DEST), the world’s largest maternity fashion company, where she led all strategic partnerships marketing, business development, licensing and international while having a full P&L responsibility.

Throughout her career Agata conceptualized and lead women-targeted marketing campaigns for many partner brands including Volvo, Sephora, Crest, Home Depot, and Nationwide.  Over the course of her career, Agata has developed global experience spanning the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.  Agata formerly worked for Korn Ferry International leading searches in the healthcare practice.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and international business from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.  She resides in Philadelphia with her husband and son and loves to travel.
