Agata brings extensive experience both as an executive search professional and as a senior operating executive with full P&L responsibility for publicly traded and PE backed organizations.  Her combination of commercial as well as search experience make her uniquely positioned to help identify today’s best talent.

She helps companies from startups to multibillion-dollar global public entities recruit CEOs, Presidents, board directors, COOs and other C-level leaders who will have a lasting impact.  Agata is also the co-Head of our Tech Platforms Sector.

Over the course of her career, Agata has developed global experience spanning the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.  Agata formerly worked for Korn Ferry conducting C-suite searches and leading the international expansion of their healthcare services’ practice.  Agata also serves on an advisory board of a PE backed fashion company.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and international business from Temple University.
