Teresa is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Healthcare Practice in True’s Boston office where she focuses on CEO, President, COO, board and go-to-market searches. She works closely with PE-backed healthcare services and technology companies, including those within Revenue Cycle Management, Payment Integrity, and the broader payment ecosystem, as well as benefit management solutions selling through TPAs and Brokers.
Prior to True, she worked in communication and change management consulting at Willis Towers Watson where she contributed to projects aimed at helping organizations develop strategies to improve employee engagement and business performance. Teresa also spent five years at Eaton Vance in recruitment and development. She is passionate about helping people and organizations realize their full potential.
Teresa received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Holy Cross and her Master of Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where she concentrated in leadership and management.
