Teresa is a partner in the Boston office where she focuses on CEO, COO, Board and Go-to-Market searches in the Healthcare practice.  She works closely with high-growth, pre-IPO VC and PE-backed healthcare tech and healthcare services businesses.

Prior to True, she worked in communication and change management consulting at Willis Towers Watson where she contributed to projects aimed at helping organizations develop strategies to improve employee engagement and business performance.  Teresa also spent five years at Eaton Vance in recruitment and development.  She is passionate about helping people and organizations realize their full potential.

Teresa received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Holy Cross and her Master of Business Administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where she concentrated in leadership and management.
