Tim is a partner and co-founder of True. He has more than 15 years of executive search experience across a range of industries for venture capital and private equity-backed technology companies. Tim’s specialties include CEO, board and president/COO searches.
Tim was the first employee at IronHill Partners, a fast-growing boutique search firm that became a national practice and was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII). He then spent four years leading searches within Heidrick’s Global technology practice.
Tim began his career in sales and management for a variety of emerging technology companies. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
