Tim is a managing director and founder of True, where he focuses on board director and CEO appointments for technology companies across public, private equity and venture / growth-backed environments.
He concentrates on enterprise and consumer tech platforms, particularly SaaS, tech-enabled services, AI / data, marketplaces, and advertising-driven business models. He frequently partners with investors and founders on CEO succession and board composition.
Before founding True, Tim was the first employee at IronHill Partners, a fast-growing boutique search firm that scaled into a national practice and was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles, where he subsequently spent four years in the global technology practice. He began his career in sales and management with emerging technology companies and holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.
