Noel is a principal in True’s Finance Practice, where she partners with growth equity and private equity firms and their portfolio companies to build exceptional leadership teams. She focuses on high-growth consumer businesses, placing C-suite and senior executives across food and beverage, consumer products and retail.
Before joining True, Noel was a senior vice president at a Chicago-based boutique executive search firm, where she led retained searches for high-growth, family office and private equity clients. Earlier, she was a vice president at a boutique private equity-focused food and beverage search firm, specializing in C-suite and board-level talent. She began her career at a top-10 search firm, where she held both recruiting and global leadership roles.
Outside of work, Noel enjoys cooking, baking and spending time outdoors and at the beach with her husband and their three boys. Based in the Chicago area, she is a proud Indiana University alum.
