His financial services acumen includes working closely with C-suite, board of directors and senior level executives in banking, payments, consumer / commercial finance and fintech.
Jeremy has successfully completed assignments for CEOs and P/L leaders across consumer, business banking, commercial and corporate banking along with functional roles in strategy, finance, marketing / communications, product, data / analytics, digital, risk / credit, operations / technology and security.
He has a strong track record of placing leaders who drive digital and AI transformation for institutions on the journey to become more data-driven and technologically evolved.
His recent assignments include chief executive officers, chief operating officers (spanning operations, technology and revenue), chief financial officers, chief banking officers, and chief credit and risk officers of publicly traded and privately held banks with over $10B in assets. He has also led board of directors searches for community and midsize banks, and recruited consumer, digital banking, business banking and commercial banking segment heads for midsize to super-regional institutions. Additional work includes regional commercial, corporate and business banking build-outs, national industry vertical build-outs, and treasury services leaders for super-regional and money-center bank clients.
