Joe is a Partner in the CEO and Board Practice and Co-lead of the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations practice at True. In this capacity, Joe focused on CEO and COO searches (as well as direct reports at the VP/SVP level) for leading consumer, life sciences, and industrial companies across all asset classes.
Prior to joining True, Joe spent two years with the executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles in their supply chain & operations officers practice, where he served Fortune 500, private-equity and venture backed clients in finding transformational board members and operating executives.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Clemson University and resides in Southern California.
