Danny is a principal in True’s New York office and focuses on executive placements within the Life Sciences practice.  He has a successful track record of recruiting for both public and private companies across a variety of functions, therapeutic areas and modalities.

Danny joined True from Korn Ferry, where he focused primarily on search work for therapeutics-focused biotechnology and small cap pharmaceutical companies, specializing primarily in chief medical officer, chief financial officer and head of chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) searches.  Prior to executive search work, Danny began his career teaching high school mathematics for an underprivileged school in New York City through the Teach For America program.

Danny holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, a masters in teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences dual degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  In his free time, Danny enjoys watching American football, relaxing on beach vacations and playing complex strategy board games.
