Karin is a principal in True’s Stockholm office where she is a member of the Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech Practice.
Karin has a broad background in search from previous experiences with both boutique firms and larger global firms such as Odgers, where she set up the hospitality and leisure practices in their London office. She also led senior talent acquisition for a large retailer with over 80,000 employees out of their HQ in London.
Recently, returning to her native Sweden after many years abroad, Karin is inspired by the speed of innovation across climate tech along with the change happening in consumption habits and particularly enjoys working with businesses going through high growth and transformation.
Karin studied business administration and marketing at Blekinge Technical Institute.
