Zach is a partner in the San Francisco office and brings a decade of experience to True.  He focuses on leadership and executive searches in the areas of product, IT and engineering for venture capital, growth and private equity-backed businesses.  Zach's recent clients include Hubspot, Dropbox, Messagebird, Smartsheet and Tenable, among many others.

Zach has spent his entire career in the recruitment space and has a passion for partnering with transformational technology companies to help them find the right executive talent.  Zach joined True from Betts Recruiting, a boutique recruitment firm, where he was a founding member of their Silicon Valley branch and built and scaled their technical recruitment division nationwide.  Prior, Zach began his recruiting career with Insight Global, an IT staffing and services company, conducting searches for high-growth technology companies.  He was consistently recognized for his performance as one of their top recruiters nationwide.

Zach is a Silicon Valley native and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in media studies and a minor in marketing from California State University, Chico.
