Cristina is a partner in True’s Berlin office, where she oversees the firm’s expansion across the DACH and broader continental EU markets. As a member of True’s original founding team in Germany, Cristina has spent the last nine years scaling the firm’s local presence in the region.
With more than a decade of executive search experience, she sits in True’s Consumer, CEO, Board and Go-to-Market Practices, focusing on placing transformative C-suite leadership into high-growth technology VC/PE-backed companies.
Before entering executive search, Cristina served as the managing director of a Berlin-based cultural institute. A sociologist by training, she brings a deep understanding of organizational behavior and human capital to her work.
Cristina speaks native Romanian alongside English, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
