Prior to joining True, James held a series of progressive leadership positions within Norman Broadbent Group, ultimately serving as Global Managing Director of the Consumer & Retail Practice, where he had full responsibility for the firm’s global Consumer, Retail and Supply Chain offering. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at Korn Ferry, Miramar Executive Search and Proco Global, where he spent more than 15 years advising leading organizations on C-suite and senior executive hiring across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
James brings a distinctly global perspective to his work, shaped by an international career partnering with some of the world’s most recognised consumer and FMCG brands. He has significant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations leadership across multiple geographies, and a proven ability to identify and place high-impact leaders who drive performance, transformation, and sustainable growth.
