Tuomo is a business development executive consultant at True, based in Helsinki, where he is spearheading the firm’s expansion into Finland. In this role, he is introducing True’s capabilities to Finnish companies and investors, advising on senior leadership decisions and building the client relationships that will define the firm’s long-term footprint in the region.
Prior to joining True, Tuomo spent more than two decades at Heidrick & Struggles and served as managing partner of Finland. In that capacity, he advised boards and chief executives across a broad range of industries, building a reputation as a trusted partner to Finland’s leading organizations through complex leadership decisions.
Before his time in executive search, Tuomo held senior leadership roles in technology, including regional managing director for Finland and the Baltics at Tech Data Corporation and managing director at Fujitsu Siemens Computer. He began his career at Compaq Computer as a founding member of its Finnish subsidiary.
Tuomo holds a Master of Science in economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.
