Chris joined True from ECA Partners, where he was a Senior Managing Director driving both permanent and interim search placements within start-ups and private equity backed businesses.
At True, he has continued this focus on venture and private equity, specializing in Strategy as well as People Leadership / HR roles, with an industry focus in Healthcare.
Prior to his time in search, Chris worked in executive roles with multiple high-growth, venture-backed organizations, as well as in management consulting roles with Bain & Company and the Boston Consulting Group.
Chris earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. While a nomad growing up (he has lived in over 10 cities), he most recently identifies as a New Yorker, although following the birth of his first child has moved close to family in the midwest.
