Based out of the Toronto office, Brandon is a principal in True’s Financial Services practice, where he advises clients on the appointment of senior executives and corporate officers across functions with a focus on both finance and technology.

Prior to True, Brandon was at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership and advisory firm where he worked primarily across the financial services, technology and corporate officers practices.  He specialized in the identification, assessment
and advancement of senior executive talent, while considering the overall strategic goals of his clients and their organizations.

Brandon holds a bachelor's degree with an honors specialization in psychology and a minor in legal studies from Nipissing University, as well as a master’s degree in management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
