Natasha is a partner in True’s Finance Practice, where she focuses on CFO and board recruitment for private equity-backed and public companies. She works across a range of industries, including enterprise software, healthcare IT and fintech, helping organizations identify financial leaders who can support growth and drive value creation.
Prior to joining True, Natasha led North American C-suite success for Hg Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on B2B software and technology services. In this role, she partnered closely with portfolio company leadership teams on executive hiring and leadership development. She also gained operating experience at one of Hg’s portfolio companies, Benevity, where she worked alongside senior leaders during a period of growth and scale. Natasha began her executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates, primarily working with technology companies.
Natasha earned a BA in public policy from Duke University. She is based in New York.
