Charlie is a principal working in the Berlin office, conducting searches on product and engineering with both venture capital and private equity-backed business, as well as listed companies.  He ensures to be connected with the best technical leaders globally, and prides himself on building meaningful relationships.

He started out working on commercial hires across EMEA however soon became curious about what lay under the bonnet, which led him to his specialism in product, data and technology today.

Charlie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international history and politics from the University of Leeds, with a special focus on Germany and international foreign policy.  Being an active sportsman from a young age, Charlie has represented the Midlands region for Rugby Union.
