Ariele is a partner at True Search focusing on CxO and vice president level product management, engineering, and data leadership searches. She has built out teams for a number of successful growth stage and well-established digital health and consumer-oriented technology companies.
Prior to joining True in 2016, Ariele spent six years learning the art and science of executive recruiting in technology at The Edens Group. She graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
Within True’s Product, Data and Technology practice, Ariele spearheads women and minorities in technology initiatives. She has taken on a leadership role in partnering with clients to address the biases in hiring for underrepresented people in tech.
