Ariele is a managing director and practice lead at True, where she has led more than 150 executive searches and played a key role in building the firm’s Product, Data & Technology Practice. She specializes in recruiting senior leaders across product management, data, AI, engineering and IT for venture and private equity-backed companies, as well as public organizations. With deep expertise in healthcare and life sciences, Ariele partners with transformational businesses to attract leadership talent that drives growth, innovation, and long-term success.
Before joining True in 2016, Ariele spent six years at The Edens Group, where she built her expertise in executive recruiting within the technology sector and developed a strong foundation in candidate assessment and market intelligence. She graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a BS in marketing and management and earned her MBA from Villanova University.
Outside of work, Ariele enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and staying active through hiking, running, and yoga.
