Will is a Client Partner in True’s Product, Data & Technology Practice and is based in New York. He specializes in senior technology leadership searches, with a particular focus on CIO and enterprise IT, data & AI and transformation. Will works with public and private equity-backed companies across industries, with particular experience in consumer, financial services and fintech.
Prior to joining True, Will led technology recruitment at Luminary, a subscription podcast platform. As Luminary’s first recruitment hire, Will built out the company’s data, engineering and product teams. He began his career at BlackRock, where he worked in private equity as part of the firm’s alternative investments business.
Will graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
