Jacob is a principal in True’s Finance practice and is based in Los Angeles, California.  He specializes in strategic CFO hires for venture & growth-stage software businesses, and has successfully partnered with CFO placements to build out their team of direct reports.

Prior to joining True, Jacob worked at Egon Zehnder, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. He also spent time volunteering in Armenia with environmental action groups and domestically within the Los Angeles court system.

Jacob grew up in Los Angeles, graduated from UCLA and now lives in the city with his wife.  During his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping up to date on all things Dodgers and volunteering with his church.
