Caroline Blatt

/ Principal

Bio:

Caroline is a principal within True’s Product, Data & Technology practice. She partners with high-growth consumer businesses at all stages, from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies. She joined True as an associate in 2019 when the company was still just 250 people strong.

Prior to starting her career in executive search, Caroline worked on a digital investment team at a large media agency, helping to plan and strategize for various consumer brands.

Caroline attended Franklin & Marshall College, graduating with a degree in psychology. A proud New Yorker, Caroline grew up in Westchester County and is now based in NYC. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, finding new dinner spots in the West Village and chasing the best snow at various ski destinations.
