Jerred is a principal in True’s HardTech, DeepTech & Physical AI Practice, where he advises venture-backed, private equity-backed and public companies on C-suite and senior leadership searches across advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, aerospace and defense, robotics, automation and infrastructure.
Prior to joining True, Jerred was a principal at one of the world’s largest executive search and organizational consulting firms, advising boards and executive teams on leadership appointments across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement and quality. His experience spans PE-backed growth companies and complex global enterprises, giving him a broad perspective on the leadership capabilities required to scale, transform and operate in highly technical environments.
Jerred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
