Georgia Patten is a principal in True’s Consumer Practice. She partners with established consumer businesses and their leadership teams to identify and secure the senior talent that drives growth, transformation and long-term performance. Specializing in C-suite and senior leadership searches, Georgia works across consumer, commercial, digital and go-to-market functions, advising publicly listed and large privately held B2C organizations through pivotal moments of change. Hogan-certified, she has a particular interest in the role of leadership assessment and insight in strengthening executive hiring decisions.
Before joining True, Georgia spent five years at Modern Executive Solutions, where she progressed from associate to managing director. In that role, she led global C-suite and senior leadership searches across consumer, technology, digital, commercial, finance and operations functions, partnering with clients throughout the UK, US and EMEA. Earlier in her career, she served as a business manager at Hunter Healthcare, building a foundation in talent advisory and executive search.
Alongside her work at True, Georgia is completing a part-time degree in economics, which she is expected to finish in early 2027.
