Ashley is a partner at True and Switzerland regional lead, based in Zurich. He is responsible for establishing and scaling the firm’s presence in the Swiss market and building a premium cross-sector executive search offering for multinational corporations, private equity-backed businesses and founder-led companies across Switzerland and the broader EMEA region.
As a core member of True’s global Consumer Practice, Ashley specializes in leadership appointments across luxury, travel, hospitality and leisure. His work spans senior functional and general management roles, and he partners closely with True’s Finance and People, Talent & Legal Practices to help clients build high-impact leadership teams in complex international environments.
Prior to joining True, Ashley spent 13 years at Korn Ferry, where he led the EMEA corporate officers practice and previously scaled the firm’s consumer market practice across the region. During this time, he advised clients on executive hiring, leadership assessment, succession planning and organizational design across a range of sectors and geographies.
Having lived and worked in London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich and Dubai, Ashley brings a highly international perspective to his work. He partners closely with boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams on critical appointments, often during periods of growth, transformation or organizational change. Fluent in French, he combines a structured, process-driven approach with a pragmatic, relationship-led style.
