Bio:

Greg Lovas is a partner in True’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practices where he focuses on advising CEO's and boards of directors on global talent management issues primarily within the medical device, diagnostic, life science and digital health sectors.  Along with conducting executive searches, he also advises companies on board and leadership team effectiveness, digital transformation, diversity and CEO Succession.  Over the past two decades, Greg has cultivated a reputation as a leading healthcare leadership consultant working with leading F500 multinational clients as well as with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds and their portfolio companies.


Prior to joining True, Greg was a managing partner and the global sector lead for the medical technology practice at Heidrick & Struggles.  In this role he was responsible for recruiting CEO's and board directors across all segments of the medical technology and diagnostic sectors and managed several of the firm's largest F500 global medtech relationships.


Earlier in his career, Greg spent 15 years helping lead the build out of the Life Sciences practice at CTPartners.  In his final role, Greg was the Asia Pacific life sciences practice leader for the firm where
he gained first-hand experience helping healthcare companies assess and upgrade their executive leadership teams throughout the APAC region.  As a result, Greg is adept at providing his multinational clients with strategic talent management guidance, as well as insights into significant global business practices, competitive developments and emerging trends.


Greg is based in Washington D.C.  He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University
of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics.
