Grant is a partner at True and leads the firm’s Real Estate & PropTech Practice within the Financial Services Practice. He partners with investors, operators, and technology companies across the real estate ecosystem to recruit executive and board leaders who can navigate the convergence of physical assets, digital platforms and capital markets. His work spans venture-backed PropTech companies, institutional investors, owner-operators and real estate service providers, with a focus on CEO/GM, Go-to-Market, Operations, Finance, Risk and other senior leadership roles.
Prior to joining True, Grant spent eight years at SEBA International, a boutique executive search firm, advising public, private, and venture- and private equity-backed organizations across the financial services and real estate sectors. He led executive searches spanning general management, operations, product, analytics, finance, marketing, risk, compliance and legal functions.
Grant earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in English and Media Studies from Tufts University. He began his career in Corporate Communications at KPMG. He lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and will gladly tell you why he needs each of his 23 guitars.
