Passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, Grant works with fintech, proptech / real estate and consumer clients to attract, engage and enable the success of executive and board-level talent, focusing on go-to-market, GM / operations and control function (data / analytics, risk management, compliance / trust & safety, analytics) roles.
Prior to joining True, Grant spent eight years with SEBA International, a boutique executive search firm, working with public, private and VC/PE-backed clients across the GM, operations, product, analytics, finance, marketing, risk, compliance and legal functions.
Grant attended Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in English and media studies. He began his career in corporate communications with KPMG.
