As chief product and technology officer at True, Mahi leads the firm’s global technology vision, strategy and execution, advancing a more innovative, product-led approach to executive search. In this role, he focuses on accelerating digital transformation through AI-native product experience and scalable enterprise architecture, ensuring True continues to redefine how leadership talent is identified and delivered.
Mahi brings nearly two decades of experience as a technology leader, with a track record of building and scaling platforms for private equity-backed and high-growth organizations. He is known for translating complex engineering initiatives into measurable business impact, having driven significant revenue growth and led multiple M&A integrations across his career.
Prior to joining True, Mahi served as chief product and technology officer at Envoy Global, where he launched industry-leading automation platforms and built high-performing global engineering teams across the U.S. and India. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at CoStar Group, including head of technology for Apartments.com, and played a key role in leading agile transformation and capital optimization initiatives at Cars.com.
Mahi holds a Master of Science in management from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Pune University.
