With a deep understanding of how talent markets intersect with business strategy, Jordan helps clients identify the leaders who can shape what comes next — and position opportunities in a way that attracts them.
Jordan brings 16 years of experience leading Financial Services search at The Bachrach Group, where he completed hundreds of searches and built and led a team of 12 recruitment professionals. His experience spans critical leadership mandates across evolving financial markets, giving him a nuanced perspective on the talent, capabilities, and leadership required to compete in a changing industry.
He is a graduate of Binghamton University, where he was a teaching assistant in the Information Systems department and an editorial columnist for the university’s newspaper, Pipe Dream.
