Steve is a partner in True’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practices, where he brings expertise in executive search and talent strategy. Specializing in board, C-suite leadership and key functional roles across general management, commercial, R&D, finance and IT, Steve has a deep focus on the medtech and biopharma sectors. In particular, he has deep expertise working with clients in the tools, diagnostics and pharma services industries, delivering transformative talent solutions that drive innovation and growth.
Before joining True, Steve was a partner at ON Partners, a top-tier boutique executive search firm. There, he co-led the life sciences practice, building its reputation for excellence in delivering high-impact leaders. Earlier in his career, Steve served as a partner with Korn Ferry, a global leader in organizational consulting. His career began at CTPartners, where he was a founding member of the firm’s life sciences practice.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and resides in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife, Kelly.
