Olivia is a principal in True’s Finance Practice, based in London. She specializes in placing senior finance leaders in VC-backed technology and fintech businesses across the UK and Europe.
Olivia began her executive search career at True, where she built a strong track record across the VC-backed technology space, with a particular focus on fintech and web3. In 2023, she joined Zopa Bank, one of the UK’s leading digital banks, where she led leadership hiring across the business, spanning product, analytics and lending through to tech and engineering, while also running the bank’s graduate program.
Returning to True as a principal, Olivia brings an operator’s perspective to executive search, combining her search experience with first-hand experience building teams within a scaling fintech.
