Jim is a principal in True’s Healthcare Practice where he specializes in CEO and senior executive searches for private equity-backed healthcare companies across both the technology and services sectors. Raised in a family of dentists, Jim developed an early appreciation for the impact of strong leadership in healthcare and is passionate about building organizations that improve the healthcare system.
Prior to True, Jim worked at Korn Ferry in their healthcare executive search practice. He also led technical recruiting at Stellar Health and previously recruited for venture-backed startups at Formative Search Partners (formerly CloserIQ). Earlier, Jim earned his MBA at UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and his BA in philosophy at Colgate University.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys cheering on the New Jersey Devils, skiing and going to concerts with family and friends. He lives in the Red Bank area of the Jersey Shore with his wife, their daughter Ginny and dog Nellie.
