Charles is a partner within True’s Consumer Practice, where he advises founder-led, investor-backed and public companies on executive talent strategy and leadership appointments.
He specializes in the placement of board directors, CEOs and senior commercial, marketing and general management executives across the consumer landscape, including CPG, beauty & personal care, food & beverage, and retail & commerce. Charles is known for his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and his close partnerships with clients navigating periods of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining True, Charles led the North American business of a boutique consumer search firm, playing a key role in the firm’s growth and expansion. He began his career within the consumer practices at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, where he spent more than a decade advising organizations on senior executive hiring and succession-related mandates.
Charles brings a global perspective to his work, shaped by an international career advising companies and leadership teams across North America, Europe and beyond, with extensive experience partnering with high-growth and category-defining consumer brands.
