Justin Cabiltes is a principal in True’s New York City office and a key member of the Finance Practice, focusing on private equity-backed companies across software, AI, tech-enabled services and energy/renewables.
In addition to leading CFO searches, Justin partners closely with sitting CFOs on broader finance leadership buildouts, placing senior executives across CAO, VP Finance, Controller, Tax, and Treasury functions.
Justin earned his BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and is originally from Albuquerque, NM.
